We’ve designed our analog photography service to be completely frictionless for your staff and highly engaging for your guests. Here is how our system works from start to finish:

1. The Point of Sale Your staff processes the Club C41 Digital Service Fee directly through your venue's existing Point of Sale (POS) system, exactly as they would ring up a drink, cover charge, or event ticket. Upon payment of the fee the customer is handed a custom-branded disposable camera to capture their experience.

2. Capture & Link Guests use the provided cameras to capture the raw, authentic energy of your venue or event. To claim their photos, they simply scan the unique QR code on each camera, which directs them link their information in a quick, secure digital Registration Page on their smartphones. There is no messy handwriting or paperwork for your staff to manage.

3. The Secure Drop At the end of the day or night, guests deposit the exposed cameras into our branded, locked Drop Box, which is securely stationed near your exit or coat check. If a guest decides to take the camera home, no problem! Our service model fully accounts for unreturned hardware.

4. Processing & Digital Delivery Our logistics team collects the deposited cameras on a regular weekly schedule and restocks your bar with fresh units. We process the film at our Bronx-based lab and automatically deliver the high-resolution digital galleries directly to your guests' emails or via SMS.

5. You Earn Revenue & Content Your venue earns a commission on every single service package processed through your POS. Better yet, we provide your marketing team with a curated digital folder of the best, safe-for-work images from guests who explicitly opted in to share their night. You receive a constant, consent-cleared stream of highly engaging, user-generated content for your social media channels—all while turning a profit.
