4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION Club C41 frequently operates in partnership with major venues, events, and corporate sponsors. We share your information in the following ways:

  • Corporate Sponsors & Event Partners: If you selected "Yes" to receive updates, drops, and exclusive offers during linkage, you explicitly consent to us sharing your Name, Email Address, and Phone Number with the specific host venues, event partners, and corporate sponsors associated with the location where you paid the Service Fee (for example, a music festival or a corporate sponsor like American Express). These partners may contact you directly with marketing communications.

  • Service Providers: We share your information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business (e.g., Squarespace for our digital portal, external film labs for chemical processing, and secure cloud servers for temporary image hosting).

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

MEDIA RELEASE & SOCIAL SHARING If you opted "YES!" to allowing Club C41 and the venue to share your photos, we may publicly display your digitized images on our social media channels, website, and promotional materials. 6. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY

  • Photographs: We guarantee hosting of digital scans on third-party servers (e.g., Pixieset) for at least 30 days. Galleries are delivered via unlisted, non-password-protected URLs. You are strictly responsible for keeping your link confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from a shared or compromised link. While we may choose to host your gallery for a longer period, you are solely responsible for downloading and backing up your images within this initial 30-day window. Files may be permanently deleted after this period at our discretion.

  • Contact Information: We retain your contact information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with marketing communications (if opted-in).

7. YOUR RIGHTS & OPTING OUT (CAN-SPAM COMPLIANCE) You have the right to opt out of marketing communications at any time. If you no longer wish to receive promotional emails or texts from Club C41 or our partners, you may utilize the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of any marketing email or reply "STOP" to text messages.
